iPatientCare eHC (eHealth Cloud) provides a framework for disparate clinical systems to interact with one another and building a community-wide network. It provides a community Portal that facilitates a holistic view of a patient’s record captured at various ambulatory clinics, integrated with hospital systems and as updated by the consumer (i.e. patient). It typically serves the following customers:

• Physicians within a community network, e.g. members of IPAs and PHOs
• Consumers to view and control access to their health record
• Hospitals and Health Systems to connect with their affiliated physicians
• Public health Agencies and Registries to view the summary of patient population
